This page explains what happens to the information you enter in the availability request form.

What we collect: the name and contact you provide, your selected dates and number of travellers, the camper you enquire about, and any message you add.

Why: solely to answer your enquiry — to pass your request to the camper operator so they can confirm availability and send a quote.

Where it goes: your request is delivered to the LocalCamper team and recorded in our internal leads sheet, then shared with the relevant operator. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

How long: we keep it only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up.

Your choices: to access, correct or delete your data, contact us and we will action it.
